In a sense I would be your Vice President of Canvassing Operations; I would strategically oversee your canvassing department and hold the canvass manager accountable. This program is for companies that are committed to canvassing for the long term.

2 weeks or (10 days) of on-site visits within a calendar year. Significantly less than having a stand-alone on-site visit.

Flexibility to break up the on-site visits to adjust to immediate needs to recruit a manager or to be used for training.

Weekly tracking and phone conferencing calls added to the gold level with the management team.

Private phone meetings with the Owner(s) and/or President on status of the canvassing department.

Actively involved in recruiting, hiring and training the new canvasser manager, assistant managers and field managers to run the day to day operations of the canvassing department.

Monitoring when to promote or fire managers, assistant managers and field managers.

More hands on training from me, both for canvass managers and canvassers.

You’re outsourcing a Vice President of canvassing; hiring, firing and training and the accountability that goes along with it.
